- approximately 4 flathead fillets
- butter
- garlic
- a spring salad (prepared separately)
- dust the flat head fillets in flour
- melt butter
- add garlic
- fry flathead fillets for a few minutes over low heat
- add flatheads to a spring salad of your choice
